The staff do try hard, but are not very well trained e.g in getting a taxi. I don't think the towel or bedsheets or quilt cover was clean because I itched. My skin is very sensitive to things unclean. When asking for extras or clean sheets, the staff showed a less than willing attitude to help. There were excuses offered. The location was the greatest thing about this hotel, within walking distance of great eateries. Use this hotel if location is very important, but expect average quality and average service only.

I came here to hike Gunung Pulai and stay a night. A few places I went to for my meals and they are superb. I find the people at the hotel I stay in and the folks I met when hiking Gunung Pulai to be so friendly and helpful.

Great location for the airport and for shopping at Johor Premium Outlet. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is huge so expect to see maintenance but that is a good thing. Do be sure to ask for a plug in mosquito repellent or simply bring your own. The proximity to the golf course and it’s water hazards is a great environment but of course it also attracts mosquitoes. The ceiling with water leaking marked, did asked with counter but they said unable to change. The problem is hotel side need to make sure with good conditions before released to customer but they replied unable to do anything.
